With a lot of love for detail, my owners made me what I am today. A holiday home in a quiet location with a garden sauna at the gates of Cologne, which is always looking forward to guests and their stories. The space As your vacation home, I have the following to offer on 135 sqm of living space and a 770 sqm property: On the upper floor: The Elven Kingdom as a master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and access to a small balcony with table and 2 chairs as well as a bathroom with tub and shower. The dwarf cave as the 2nd Bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) The seagull paradise as the 3rd bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) and TV A gallery as a separable 4th bedroom with sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people Optionally, a mobile travel crib for children up to 15 kg (60 x 120) is available On the ground floor: A second bathroom with shower A fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances and utensils for 10 people with access to the terrace and garden A dining room with large dining table (extendable for up to 10 people) plus highchair A cozy living room with ample seating, TV, Blueray player, radio with Bose sound system and a wonderful wood-burning stove, which, in addition to gas central heating, provides cozy warmth on wintry days. In the basement: In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer and a large freezer. In addition, the basement serves as a storage area for, for example, the extension plates for the dining room table, a highchair, garden chair covers, etc. Furthermore, bicycles, scooters, etc. brought along can be safely parked here via an access from the outside. Engelskirchen-Ründeroth is an enchanting community in the beautiful Aggertal, about 35 kilometers outside the gates of Cologne, which is also the official seat of the Christ Child. Every year, about 130,000 wish letters from 50 different countries reach our Christmas post office. In addition to numerous excellent hiking and biking trails, you will find a variety of leisure activities and cultural activities here in both summer and winter.
