The space Located in a Rural part of the east Oakland hills, quiet and a friendly neighborhood . This apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom (650 square foot) in-law apartment located on the ground floor underneath my private residence. The kitchen is fully remodeled with granite counter tops , microwave, coffee maker, gas oven and cook burners and refrigerator. Bathroom is a shower ,vanity and toilet. Organic cotton sheets ,towels and duvet. Environmentally conscious we recycle ... Enjoy the sound of the water fountain and views of the garden space. Guest access There is a private outdoor deck (400 sq ft ) located in a private garden space surrounded by trees and plants which is wonderful for relaxing , working and or communing with nature.. Other things to note I am a conscious person seeking the same.. House rules: respect for the neighbors please keep the noise down to a minimum at all times. We prefer quiet, clean and tidy Guests. We want you to feel at home ,And also to treat our space as if it was your home, with respect. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or in the garden. By making a reservation you’re obligated to pay any damages or losses to the property caused during your stay. Flexible check in and check out times are easily arranged. .Please text us lock the door and leave the key where we arranged (either to us personally or in the lock box ) When you leave. Please check under the guidelines for wireless and password. We want you to be comfortable but please turn off the heater when it’s not in use .
