Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
