No bedroom on the ground floor. Kitchen diner with electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer with a cold water dispenser, dishwasher and washer/dryer, dining table and chairs. Bathroom with a whirlpool bath, walk-in shower and WC. First Floor Staircase leading to: Landing area with single day bed and access to bedrooms 1 & 2. Bedroom 1 with king size bed, cot bed, sofa and free view TV. Bedroom 2 with king size bed. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Second staircase leading to: Bedroom 3 with king size bed, cot bed, sofa and free view TV. Property services The fast EV charger and charger mobility scooter are at a cost. Property description This luxurious Grade II listed cottage can be found surrounded by unspoilt farmland and the rolling countryside of beautiful rural Cheshire. Boasting a jacuzzi spa bath and 3 acres of stunning grounds to explore, it makes the perfect base for families, friends and couples looking for a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The friendly and approachable owners live onsite, and have really gone the extra mile to make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible. You’ll find a selection of pillows to choose from, dressing gowns and slippers for each guest and a wide selection of toys and games for children within the party. They press their own apple juice which can even be supplied with homemade bread, preserves, cakes and fresh eggs upon request (charges apply).

The extensive grounds which have a shallow stream trickling through make a lovely space to stretch your legs or simply relax and spend time with the chickens. The immediate area is very popular with outdoor enthusiasts and one of Julia Bradbury’s top 100 walks ‘the Sandstone Trail’ can be picked up in neighbouring Duckington.
Tilston village is just 1 mile down the road and home to a local playground, a food serving pub and a beautifully quaint village shop. The thriving village of Malpas with its bustling high street is a mere 5-minute drive, and a 10-minute drive will take you to nearby Carden Park luxury country estate, which has spa and leisure facilities together with two championship golf courses.
The respective castles of Beeston, Peckforton and Cholmondeley are all easily accessible in around a 15 – 20 minutes’ drive and the historic walled city of Chester in around half an hour. Oulton Park motor racing circuit is also around 30 minutes away and the stunning Welsh Mountains and beautiful Wirral Peninsula can be reached in around an hour.
