The recently renovated full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and in-suite laundry for your convenience. With three bedrooms, the sleeping arrangements are: Primary Bedroom: 1 king (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: 1 double bottom bunk (sleeps 2) + 1 twin top bunk (sleeps 1) Bedroom 3: 1 queen (sleeps 2) The private, fenced backyard offers a cozy retreat with a fire pit, gourmet BBQ, multiple seating areas, and plenty of space to soak up the sun. Other things to note We provide one Ontario Parks beach pass that can be used for one vehicle at any of the local beaches (Sandbanks Outlet, Dunes and North Beach) during your stay. We will send you the pass number ahead of your arrival so you can pre-book your beach visits online to guarantee your entrance, free of charge. High Season: Weekly rentals preferred but please inquire for alternative dates. Mid-Low Season: 2-Night Stay Minimum. Weekly discounts are provided at 7-night minimum. Check-in @ 4PM, Check-out @ 10AM. Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee unless otherwise approved. Maximum 6 people, including children due to local bylaw restrictions.
