You have your own bathroom, kichenette with induction cooker, deep pan, knife etc, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washer, laundry rack, vacuum, wiper mop, humidifier. At our guesthouse, we take care to remove viruses and bacteria. Almost anything that cannot be washed is cleaned with a disinfectant wipe. There is a security camera located outside of the entrance as substitute for a front desk. With this we ensure your safety and check the number of guests. Basically, the room is set for two people. When staying for 3 people, please lay the futon(sofa bed) and set your own bedding. This is an unmanned rental by the homeowner. Does not include concierge service. We also ask out guests to wash their dishes. Especially for those who stay for a long time, we ask for the minimum weekly cleaning like residents. A cleaning professional will take 4 hours to clean and set up, and commute just for one room, but it does not include terrible dirt removal. There are some people who request us to do things like a hotel, but we are a small facility like this, where the cost is high. We are serving with considering the profitability, so we think that it is better to have people who understand private lodging come and have less trouble. We may refuse guests who have been writing small complains about past guesthouses or suspicious guests who don't want people to see their faces.
