Cozy, first floor apartment conveniently located in downtown Punxsutawney. We are within easy walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and Groundhog festivities. We are close to the park and 1 block from the IUP Culinary School. The space 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full service kitchen. We provide complimentary coffee/tea/snacks. Guest access OUR BUILDING CONTAINS 2 UNITS. There is a shared entrance. The unit you are reserving is on the first floor. The upstairs unit is also a short term rental. There is a shared front porch and a private side porch for each unit. If you're interested in booking both units, message me for special pricing. This is a good option for couples traveling together or family groups. Other things to note The thermostat is locked, as it controls multiple units. Temperature limit is 70 degrees during the months of Nov- March. Please bring appropriate clothing for the season.
