This 3 bedroom/2 full bath home is charmingly furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate seating area. There is an outdoor grill and seating area or enjoy the large lanai with air conditioning or open the screened windows to enjoy the gulf breeze. John Nolan's Park is a 1/2 block away, and the Venice Pier, Caspersen Beach, Legacy Biking Trail, North Jetty, Boat Ramp and Publix Grocery Store are all within a quick drive or a fun, easy bike ride. And don't forget the Farmers Market that is 2 blks away on Saturday mornings. Pets allowed. No pool. No Smoking inside the house. Wifi available and 4 TVs.
