This unit is the garden floor of a home that was converted to its own unit built by HGTV's "Good Bones". Located just 1 mi away from Monument Circle downtown Indy! 1.2 miles to Lucas Oil, & 1.3 miles from the Indianapolis Convention Center. You are 2-3 blocks away from the Fountain Square Neighborhood coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Culture Trail. If you're looking for something spacious, safe, walking distance to everything, for long stays or just a weekend, this is the place for you! The space This unit is a garden unit that is the entire basement of a brand new build home that has been converted to its own unit. You have your own fenced private turfed side yard and your own entrance. The home above is occupied, and the quiet hours are enforced. Guest access You will enter through the front gate of the door, and the unit access is on the left side of the porch through the gate. Other things to note There is a full set of steps that you will need to climb to get into the unit. Keep this in mind when you book that this is *not* handicap friendly. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and there is a trundle bed in the living area that is a queen bed and a twin bed. All mattresses are name brand (Nectar, Dream Cloud) and brand new. ** If you need to sleep 6 people, one person will have to sleep on the sofa since the bed arrangement is 2 queens and a twin. ** There are security cameras on the exterior of the home & unit.
