Sweet little oasis of a newer home that is about less than a mile to shopping, restaurants, bars and music, (5 NYC city blocks). You will have your own floor of this home with private entrance, deck, 1 bedroom/ 1 full bathroom, wifi internet and 1 dedicated parking space with additional street parking available. Late night check-ins are always welcomed given the self check in functionality! The space 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom private floor all to your self in a custom built home on a dead end street with lovely neighbors. The space is below the main house with its own entrance and outdoor space backing up to a stream (some times only a dry bed, but is a tributary into the French Broad River). On demand water heater (which means you never have to worry about running out of hot water) and separate AC/Heating system for you to control the temperature of your floor as you like. Memory foam queen bed, large walk in closet, bathroom is both a tub and shower, and living room is quite spacious with ample seating and a glass dining room table with four chairs. Efficiency kitchenette with compact refrigerator and freezer, microwave, single cup coffee maker, and the makings are provided for a nice cup of joe or tea in the morning. WiFi provided. If you are looking for a great base for your Asheville adventure, this is a great locale, centrally located and 10-15 minute walking distance to the bustling Haywood Rd shops, yoga and great food Asheville is known for (Diner's, Drive In's and Dives featured Biscuit Head and The Hop Ice Cream just a ~10 minute walk away). Minutes to I-40 or I-26 and ~5 miles to the Biltmore House, Downtown Asheville, River Arts District, New Belgium Brewing . . . and a lot more! Guest access Your floor is completely private with its own entrance and deck. You will have a dedicated parking spot, with ample street parking if needed. Self checkin with code provided before arrival so LATE CHECK-INS WELCOME! Other things to note There is no TV in this entire home, including your apartment. You can easily download Netflix from your laptop or mobile device, but there are so many incredible things do in Asheville . . . hiking, biking, fishing, spelunking, rafting, zip lining, eating, drinking . . . that I don't think you will even miss it. You will be too tuckered out from your adventures! Sit out on the deck for a great view of the nature channel in real time. To access this space, you will need to be able to walk up and down a set of outdoor rock stairs (see pictures for reference). NOTE: You have to go down multiple natural stone stairs to access this unit.
