The single story retreat boasts 3 bedrooms, wood laminate throughout, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, coffee bar. Driveway, street & garage parking. The space The property is located in a little neighborhood. The rooms are all separate through the house. Calming, neutral in color & decor. Master bedroom includes king size bed. Secondary bedroom includes full bed. Third bedroom includes bunk with trundle. With EV Charger Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the garage for no additional cost. Other things to note ***Pool/spa heating is ADDITIONAL $99/day for the entirety of booking and we need to know prior to your arrival. (This is for average use, excessive & careless use will be charged accordingly). Heating of pool and hot tub is recognized by monitored meter designated to the pool/hot tub heater. If there is movement in the meter from check in you will be responsible for double the full fee in addition to any damages incurred due to lack of knowledge of equipment operation. EV charger available . ***Trash: failure to take trash out to curb during stay will result in $25 penalty. We ask that you acknowledge this has been taken care of. ***Be sure to add your pet when adding the number of guests to ensure the charge of pet fee prior to arrival. Other wise you will be charged a total of $600/ visit. ***Late checkout or early checkin when available: $35 for 1st hour, additional $15/hr not to extend past 3pm (for check out & 11 am for check in). Any extension beyond 3pm / 11am will result in charge for full day. Packages may NOT be delivered to the house via USPS as guests do not have access to the mailbox. FedEx or UPS is only permitted. ***Any items left behind will be considered unwanted. If left items are requested to be mailed there will be an additional $25 charge on top of shipping cost. Security camera at front door entrance, garage and backyard floodlight. ***Available for additional cost: Crib: $20/day Pack 'n' Play: $15/day Highchair: $10/day ALL 3 items: $25/day Please do not touch or adjust the garage door or opener. ***Please to not unplug internet. This will cause you not to have internet and you will lose access to the home entry. If we have to send someone out and it is found that someone unplugged something there will be a $75 service call fee. Please do not move/rearrange furniture. Please do not put dirty items away. This includes bedding, towels, utensils, plates etc.
