The town, Monterubbiano, is about 15 minutes from the sea. The location is very beautiful, overlooking the Aso valley and the panoramic views range from the Sibillini mountains, also known as the blue mountains, to the Adriatic sea. The sea and mountains are within easy reach within a few kilometers. Le Marche is a land rich in art, history and flavors. Entering the hills, you will discover small farms that produce typical products and a large number of wineries where you can taste excellent wines! The space The house dates back to the 17th century and has recently been renovated to make it even more welcoming and functional. On the ground floor, there is an entrance, a small bathroom, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and a dining room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two double and one with three single beds, or alternatively one double and one single, and the bathroom with shower. From the living room, you can go down to the storage room where there is a ping pong table and from where you can access the small exclusive garden, with table, chairs, deck chairs, and running water. Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourself. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linen before your arrival.
