The Coach House rests in Burton Coggles and can sleep six people. Note; Commercial/business bookings would need owner agreement, please understand that Sykes would still need to obtain owner agreement for any commercial booking. The space The Coach House has a kitchen diner with electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove and a utility with a washing machine. 1 x double, 1 x family room with double and single, a room with 2 x singles (zip/link). There is a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, is a shared garden with furniture, a heated pool and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please Note: A well-behaved small breed of dog may be considered on request only. Sorry, no smoking. In 1.6 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire. Note: Outdoor pool available May to September, has no lifeguard, pool heating is by request only and is a £200 supplementary charge.
