Put-in-Bay 08-person Waterfront Condo on Lake Erie

My place has great views. The lakeside deck offers stunning views of Lake Erie and neighboring islands. You’ll love my place because of the location. We are on the water and close to both downtown and the ferry. My place is good for couples, groups, and families (with kids). High speed WiFi and HBO are complimentary. Max 8 guests. ** Taxes will applied to the rent and must be collected separately from Airbnb. We do collect Ohio Sales Tax 7%, Ottawa County Lodging Tax 4%, and Resort Fee 2%.** The space We have both first floor and second floor condos, based on availability. Both offer the same layouts and same # and size of beds, bedrooms, baths, etc. All units have access to the new pool and are elevator accessible in the public corridor for the main floor. Each condo is two stories with stairs inside the unit. Maximum 8 guests. Guest access The whole condo is for guest use, with shared spaces outside including a grilling patio and pool. Other things to note ✅ Season & Pool Availability - Put-in-Bay’s season runs from April 1 – October 31. - The busiest time, when pools are open across the island, is Memorial Day through mid-September (weather depending). ✅ Ferry Information - Ferries do not run 24/7, so check Jet Express and Miller Ferry schedules in advance. - Miller Ferry is the closest ferry to our houses/condos and our preferred choice. ✅ Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in: 4:00 PM – Your entry code and directions will be emailed once final payment and the contract is received. (Only the leaseholder will receive this information). - Check-out: 11:00 AM – Please follow our check-out procedures to avoid extra fees. - No Luggage Storage: We do not have storage for luggage before check-in or after check-out. If arriving early or staying later, bring a car for storage or plan accordingly. ✅ Occupancy & House Rules - Maximum occupancy must be followed—extra guests require prior approval (two extra guests max—$125/ each extra guest). - No smoking indoors – a fee will be applied for any violations. - No pets allowed. - No loud music or rowdiness – Quiet hours are 11:00 PM - 10:00 AM. Violations may result in eviction without a refund. - Parking: Island Club – 2 cars per house. Put-in-Bay Condos – 1 car per condo. (No parking on grass). ✅ Provided Essentials We supply: - Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels (Bring your own pool towels) - Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags (Bring your own personal hygiene essentials) - Dish detergent, hand soap, and all-purpose cleaner (Bring your own laundry soap, and dryer sheets) ✅ Check-Out Procedures Before leaving, please: ✔ Report any damage. ✔ Dispose of trash in outdoor receptacles. ✔ Return all furniture to its original setup. ✔ Clean dishes & empty the fridge. ✔ Turn off appliances & lights. ✔ Lock all doors & windows. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition. ✅ Golf Cart Rentals & Transportation - Onsite golf cart rentals available! Booking in advance is highly recommended. - Golf carts are licensed vehicles in Ohio—all driving laws, including seat belt/car seats and DUI regulations, apply. - Taxi Shuttle Service: $4 per person for easy island transportation, including ferry pickups/drop-offs. - Limited Parking: Only 2 cars per house and only 1 car per condo is allowed.
