The first floor of the house is connected to an outdoor spacious terrace and a 40m2 pool. Also, the pool has the option of heating, counter-current swimming and a massage bench. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also has a pantry. The house consists of 4 fully equipped bedrooms (beds 180x200cm) with private bathrooms. Three rooms are located on the first floor, while the fourth is on the second floor and, in addition to the bathroom, contains a furnished balcony. Each room has its own smart TV. On the ground floor of the house there is a tavern, gym, sauna and laundry. The tavern consists of an equally equipped kitchen, a smart TV and a dining area. The gym is fully equipped and has a sauna and a spacious walk-in shower. The laundry room consists of a washing machine and a dryer for clothes and a steam station for ironing. The ground floor of the house is connected to the garden and the summer house, which has a wood grill, smart TV, dining area and seating furniture. Behind the house there is a children's playground and a trampoline that are fenced. The entire facility is located on a fenced plot of 1800m2. The house also has a garage for 2 cars and 4 outdoor parking spaces. All guests are allowed to pick fruits and vegetables from our garden.
