There is a new swing- facing the creek as well. Three bedrooms large enough to fit several families inside the cabin with two bathrooms. There is an expansive common area centered around a ceiling high circular stone fire place. Opposite the common area is an open floor plan kitchen with stove, oven and all other cooking necessities. A large dining table is also sitting just inside the glass surrounded first floor. Laundry room also included. Amazing creek front views from every common area and from ALL THREE bedrooms. The cabin has a long porch and deck attached. Finish off each afternoon with a short dirt road walk to the BEST ice creamery in all the land- Eder's Ice Cream at the end of the lane. You'll be just south of Ryder Park with hiking and mountain biking trails and about 8 miles north of Indian Park which has sports fields and children's playgrounds for all ages.
