This was our family's own home and now we are so happy to share it with all short-term guests, couples, friends or a small family! Our home is centrally located in Sacramento on a quiet residential street. It’s great for guests who will be working or visiting UC Davis Med Center or at McGeorge School of Law, just a 10 min drive to Sacramento State University, close to East Sacramento and Midtown. Very centrally located while you are visiting Sacramento Our casa is a nicely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom single family home. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with queen beds (additional sleeping option for a little one is a travel crib) and a covered front porch and backyard garden to hang out and relax in. The casa features a cozy indoor fireplace and each room is set up for a nice rest after you've explored Sacramento. So many local cafes, restaurants, and shops just blocks away. The bungalow is a primary stand-alone home. We have a detached, rear guest home that is our mid-term rental. Both properties are private, gated, and only share the city trash bin area. As much as we love sharing our home with you, our attic loft + stairs are unavailable to guests. Please be mindful of the stairs and use the baby gate as needed for children. Long-term rental is available. I will provide you with a street parking permit to use if your stay is M-F (checkout).
