Stylish beachfront apartment in downtown Cayucos! This recently remodeled apartment features all new furniture, fixtures, cabinetry and quartz counters. Entertain beach-going friends with your own cabana on Oceanfront! Guests have shared use of a chic carport lounge with dining table, sectional patio chaise, beach toys and games for all. An ideal suite for solo travelers and couples of all ages looking for a getaway in California's last wild beach town. The space The apartment building was rumored to have been built by legendary architect Julia Morgan, as a way station for workers and visitors to the (then) newly constructed Heart Castle. The units sit across a courtyard from Schooners restaurant, offering a lively ambiance and opportunities for schmoozing with the locals. Other things to note The Carport Lounge is a shared space for all guests to enjoy (we have two units). It comes equipped with beach towels and toys, as well as post-beach puzzles and games for everyone! On very rare occasions you may hear a little activity from the restaurant next door, but the restaurant is usually quiet by or before 10pm. We have a $25 pet fee per reservation, due upon arrival.
