5 minutes down the road from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Teton National Park; minutes from the Town of Jackson (8 miles), Snake River boat launch, Yellowstone NP. 5 minute walk to the bus to ski. The condo opens to a private outdoor patio/open space with views of the Teton foothills. Gourmet market and restaurants are a short walk away. Furnished with modern & classic mid-century pieces, organic cotton linens. *Inquire about rates for longer term off season rentals* The space This is a perfect location for all season adventures - Jackson Hole Mountain resort and the south entrance to Grand Teton National Park are a 5 minute drive or bus ride away. The condo is a spacious 1 bedroom unit with a newer queen mattress in the bedroom and built-in cozy bunkbeds in the large living room area. The private ground level patio accesses green (or white) space with mountain views of the Teton foothills. The condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and dishwasher if you decide to stay in and cook. Please note this condo is located in a subdivision with other multi-unit buildings. The Condo is older and has some gentle patina. My rates reflect this. If you want a brand new building, feel free to book something that is priced accordingly for the Jackson Hole market - at 2-5 times my rates. The condo is kept extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. If you decide to take the bus to Teton Village, the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the condo - far enough away that you don't hear street traffic in the condo but close enough to make it an easy walk. Moose and wildlife can be seen just outside the condo and in the neighborhood. A great pathway system is accessible just outside the development and one can bike or cross country ski to Grand Teton National Park's Moose Wilson Road entrance or to Teton Pass and the Town of Jackson. Yellowstone National Park is accessible via Grand Teton National Park (weather permitting - review park websites for seasonal and emergency road closures). The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the condo and is the last stop before a quick 5 minute bus ride to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Avoid expensive parking at Teton Village, and you are dropped off right in front of the tram dock. This space is not suitable for smokers / vapers of any kind - even if you 'only smoke outside'. Please respect the no-smoking, no pets, no parties policy. There are some off site options for pools - Gravity Haus about 5 minutes away in Teton Village has an outdoor pool and hottub. You will need to purchase a day pass. And the Rec Center in Town also has an indoor pool for a daily fee. Both also offer exercise spaces, and the Rec Center has a climbing gym. Guest access You have access to the entire condo, private patio, development green/common spaces. Free parking for 2 cars in front of condo. Not e the HOA does not permit trailer parking. EV charging stations are located nearby in Teton Village (about 7 minutes) and the Town of Jackson (about 12 minutes). Other things to note Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only. No fires may be built in it by guests.
