Cozy, chalet-inspired condo in an AMAZING location with gorgeous mountain views. Located in a quiet, respectful building, this unit is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown shops, walking/biking tails, bus stops, etc. The unit comes with one assigned underground parking stall, and access to a gym and a roof top hot tub. Distance: Calgary: 1 hour away Banff: 20 minutes away The space Has breathtaking views of the Three Sisters Mountains that can be enjoyed while warming in front of a stone-mantled gas fireplace. This space is limited to four guests with absolutely no gatherings or parties. It includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Included in the kitchen is a microwave, electric kettle, coffee pot, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. Also included is a TV, WiFi and in-suite laundry. Other things to note With the gorgeous south facing views, our home does soak in the afternoon sun and we want to be forthcoming in that our home can get warm in the summer in higher temperatures. We provide a portable air conditioner that can be used in the living room during the day and we also provide several portable fans that can be used in the bedrooms. The building itself does not have central air conditioning.
