Our family friendly home is set on a spacious green parcel, abutting a farm and the ocean with a pool, outdoor shower, large deck, stone firepit, pool shed, children's custom built playground, lawn games and more. Central air is installed throughout. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and an outdoor shower. Kitchen was completely renovated with Bosch stainless steel appliances and stone countertop. Master suite was also recently renovated. The home runs on 100% Solar generated energy. Master suite is on the first floor and has a newly renovated marble bathroom with plenty of storage and a King bed. A powder room is also on the first level. Home comes with everything you need including dishes, linens, utensils, cleaning supplies, lawn games etc. We also have a child and adult swings in the back.
