Chinati Vacation Rental-2hrs SW of Marfa

Our vacation rental is located off the Hot Springs Road, and 2hrs SW of Marfa. Please look at the map we provide as one of the photos in the listing. From Marfa, take 67 to Presidio; then 170 to Ruidosa. Just past Ruidosa, turn on Hot Springs Rd. We are 6 miles up a maintained gravel road. You will arrive at our gate (grey metal with 4 rnd posts): open gate-proceed down hill, cross arroyo and up a hill. Turn left at 2nd private gate. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS down 2810-INACCURATE!! The space You will enjoy a spacious well furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath mobile home with a deck for mountain and star gazing. The property consists of 200 acres with hiking trails that includes a beautiful arroyo that will amaze you. The home is fully supplied with all cooking and dining utensils. All you need to bring is food, drinking water and your clothing. All towels, sheets and blankets are furnished. Guest access The home (Casa Candelilla) has ample parking in the back with a ramp for easy access in unloading groceries and luggage. The back has a small deck off the laundry room. PETS: Must be discussed with hosts and rules understood before booking. We allow 2 dogs at the rate of $15 per night for 1 and $25 per night for 2. Under no circumstances can dogs be allowed in home unaccompanied. Other things to note We ask that you remove all garbage from the home and take it with you. You may dump the trash in any of the dumpsters in Presidio. Also remove all food items from the kitchen. We provide trash bags and cleaning products.
