The Hauts de Saint Christaud

Typical and friendly house perfect for family reunions in a peaceful haven. The gîte is located near Marciac on a ridge of the Gers facing the Pyrenees chain that can be seen in its almost entirety. The site is absolutely quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The half-timbered building was built with natural materials, the inside of the walls is made of straw, making it a bioclimatic house. A wooden atmosphere awaits you inside, the decoration is neat. The space On the ground floor: - A large fully equipped dining room with a table seating 12 people - a fully equipped kitchen with a popcorn maker, a cotton candy machine and a "bubble waffle" waffle maker: once the waffle is made, the round craters are filled with sweet dishes (ice cream, chocolate...) or savory dishes (savory sauces (tapenade, pesto...)), tomatoes, onions... - A large living room - A room available (useful during internships) - A fitness room: infrared cabin, indoor bike, stepper, sipho break. - A shower, a toilet. - One bedroom On the 1st floor: - 6 bedrooms all equipped with large shower and toilet including 3 double and 3 single. On the 2nd floor: - 2 double bedrooms without shower room Linens not provided - Optional linen and towel rental: €12 per bed for the duration of the stay - Heating supplement according to season: €60 Other things to note Large stopover gîte 7 km from Marciac, world famous for its Jazz festival that lasts 3 weeks from late July to mid-August. Saint Christaud is also close to the Mirande Country Festival (mid-July) as well as the "Tempo Latino" festival in Vic Fezensac (end of July).
