The Hauts de Saint Christaud

Typical and friendly house perfect for family reunion in a haven of peace. The cottage is located close to Marciac on a Gers ridge facing the Pyrenees Mountains which can be seen almost entirely. The site is absolutely quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The half-timbered building was built of natural materials, the inside of the walls is made of straw boot, making it a bioclimatic home. A wood atmosphere awaits you inside, the decor is neat. The space On the ground floor: - A large fully equipped dining room with a table that can accommodate 12 - a fully equipped kitchen with in addition a popcorn machine, a dad beard machine and a "bubble waffle" bubble waffle "bubble waffle: once the waffle has been made, we fill the round craters with sweet dishes ( ice cream, chocolate...) or savory (salty sauces ( tapenade, pesto...)), tomatoes, onions... - A great living room - A room available (useful during internships) - A fitness room: infrared cabin, indoor bike, stepper, sipho break. - A shower, a toilet. - One bedroom On the 1st floor: - 6 bedrooms fully equipped with wide shower and toilet including 3 doubles and 3 singles. On the 2nd floor: - 2 double bedrooms without bathroom Linens not provided - Optional linen and towels rental: €12 per bed for the duration of the stay - Heating supplement according to season: 60€ Other things to note Large stopover cottage 7 km from Marciac, world-renowned for its Jazz festival which lasts for 3 weeks at the end of July to mid-August. Saint Christaud is also close to the Country de Mirande festival (mid-July) as well as the "Tempo Latino" festival in Vic Fezensac (late July).
