In a 3-4 block walk, from the apartment, you can even catch a PACE bus taking you to and from O'Hare airport for less than $5.00 each way The space This Beautiful Bright and Sunny (26+ windowed) A/C large second floor apartment has it's own private front and rear entrances. Relax and enjoy the 75" Samsung OLED color TV with over 2,000 free channels, or watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other programs, on either of the two Samsung TV’s in the Unit. The large kitchen, in this unit, is fully equipped for those who enjoy the art of cooking and dining at home. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including: KRUPS Toaster, Mr. Coffee maker, Nutribullet Balance juice maker, Tea Kettle, LG gas stove, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. Microwave, KitchenAid blender, and mixer. Also lots Dishes, Pots & Pans, Flatware, Wine Glasses, mixing bowls and other basic kitchen items are provided. WiFi is available for your use during your stay. There is even a separate bright and sunny office with a printer, office supplies, as well as plenty of outlets to charge your devices during your stay. All linens are provided for both Queen sized beds and Guests towels for each bathroom. Extra Linens are supplied for extended (7+ day) Guests. Extended Stay Guests are responsible for doing their own laundry in the free LG Washer & steam Dryer located in the shared basement. Complimentary body wash, hand soap, and Shampoo/conditioner, are provided. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a “handheld CLOTHES steamer” are also provided for your use during your stay. The second bedroom even has a Cedar closet! The unit has a private Front "Keyless" entrance system, 2 bedrooms (with large closets) and 1-1/2 private bath rooms. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Large living rm., with a working gas fireplace, and a comfortable 5 person sectional sofa and ottoman. Large Dining room (capable of seating 6/7) . Off the 1st bedroom theres an enclosed Cozy Bright Sunroom with Samsung TV. There's also an outdoor 'SEASONAL' patio with 4 chairs and table(s). Unfortunately, this unit is not Handicap Accessible due to wheelchair door widths and front & rear stairs. This Unit is Not suitable for children under 12 yoa. Guest access Our guests have full private access to the second floor apartment and the SEASONAL concrete Patio located at ground level and accessed through the rear exit door of the apartment. There is also a shared laundry facilities, located in the basement of the building, for extended stay (7 or more days) guests only! Other things to note There is plenty of free street parking (usually within 300 feet) of the apartment. Easy walk to Northwestern Campus, Churches, Tons of Restaurants, Mass transportation, CBD, Beaches, Retail Stores, Grocery stores, Library, Post Office, Movie Theater, and many other Specialty stores!
