Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. A primary attraction is the Irving Arts Center, but there are also parks and green spaces galore. In addition, you can visit the Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum, and the Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas. For groceries, take your pick from Tom Thumb, Fiesta Mart, and Whole Foods Market. Shopping stops include the Shops at MacArthur Hills. Dine out at In-and-Out Burger, Our Glass Restaurant & Bar, the Ranch at Las Colinas, and more. There’s even Hackberry Creek Country Club nearby. We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
