It's a no-wake lake, with great fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Walk along the lake, sit by the water, or around the firepit at night. Wi-fi and a smart TV keep you in touch with the world. Shop Shipshewana. Stroll to the local Tavern for a drink or amazing fried fish. Lounge on the paver patio and just listen to the sounds of nature. The space Come on in! This is a welcoming open concept all newly remodeled home. You enter into a modern kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including a full range, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room, dining area, and island bar area all have a comfortable feel. Large smart TV and windows overlooking the lake. The first bedroom is on the top level and has a king bed and closet. The bathroom, also on this level, has a tub and shower. All towels and bedding are included. You then move down the stairs to a large second bedroom that is open concept, modern exposed ceiling, and black with stainless steel. There is a full laundry on this level as well. There is a workspace desk in this room. Then you move out to the rustic covered porch that is a great place for sipping coffee when it rains. The new paver patio area gives a view of the lake. Loungers are great for relaxing here. Watch the quiet lake or read a book. The pier is yours to use. For your boat or also just sitting on or swimming off of. There is a public beach around the corner but the area by the pier is shallow for swimming. This property has two sets of stairs. The lake is great for fishing and kayaking, no motorized sports are allowed. There is plenty of space to park a boat trailer and the yard at the back of the home is for your use. This sleeps 6 perfectly, otherwise, it is twin mattresses on the floor. The sunrise is amazing! Guest access The whole house and garage and Lake is yours to use! Other things to note The property comes with two kayaks, and one paddle boat for two people. We also carry the flotation devices you will need on the water. You’re welcome to swim and fish off the pier as well, there is a public beach just down the road. Orland is not far and carries everything you could need while you are here.
