It was 90F+ in Illinois, but this cottage right by Lake Michigan was comfortable even without AC (I like the old school vibe). There were enough fans as needed, and the house is tucked in a nice dune valley among the trees so it doesn't get pounded by sunlight to make it hot. The kitchen was fantastic, plenty of room to hang out and play games, back porch to come in from the beach, wash off, and ditch your beach stuff. Just a very short walk to the fantastic Grand Haven beach, and a short drive, or bike ride to town. Communication from the management was always quick and accurate. Thank you!" Bryan D.
