Up a flight of stairs is the main living area with large living room dining room kitchen, deck ,2 bedrooms and a full bathroom- newly remodeled and fabulous-NEW Top of the line King size Temperpedic bed and NEW Queen sealey posturepedic bed in the second bedroom for an amazing night sleep! We have been in Estes for 31 years- The home is spacious with 1800 sq feet of living space- High vaulted ceilings, artwork, free wifi, the wellness spa downstairs where you can come down and enjoy a soulful massage, facial, or rejuvenating body treatment to a full Ayurvedic retreat The lock box code is just outside the front door - we have our private parking lot for 4 cars - you may park 2 cars in our lot and the rest on the road We are at the end of a cul-du-sac in a mixed use area, - quiet street, a few businesses around us and only 1real neighbor. Walking distance to downtown means park the car and walk everywhere- a huge plus in the summer and fall season. We are only 2 miles from RMNP entrance where thousands of miles of rivers waterfalls and majestic mountains await. We are open at the spa by appt- you do not have to ever come see us- we are here for your questions ideas about what to do in our town and of course spa treatments. You do not however need to engage with the spa or us at all when you stay with us We are truly different from everything on these sites . A big home ( not a rustic cabin) in downtown -lux accommodations, and a separate spa on site We are open year round and have high and low season rates- we as the owners live 10 min away and are always attending to the property We are located at the end of a cul- du- sac in a mixed use area , so quiet- and only one real neighbor and always parking.
