Also accessible to disabled people, it is located on the ground floor of a villa, right in front of a large equipped courtyard and the swimming pool from which you can admire enchanting views, the white sandy sea is only 12 km away! Swimming pool, sun and relaxation guaranteed!!!!! The studio apartment has a double bed, a single bed and another foldaway bed, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen. The laundry area is in an external room and is shared with three other apartments in the same villa. You can eat outside using the tables and chairs in the front courtyard. All outdoor areas, gardens, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, cervical waterfall, solarium, gazebo, oven and barbecue are shared with other guests. The white sandy sea is only 12 km away, the mountains are 24 km away. In the outdoor areas there are games for children and adults (table football and ping-pong table). This apartment is also suitable for disabled people. The outdoor saltwater swimming pool is open from 1 April to 31 October and is heated by a solar system in low season. The residence enjoys enchanting views, maximum tranquility for relaxing, absence of smog, a strategic point both for the sea and nightlife, for romantic walks or trekking and for excursions in the mountains or to rivers rich in waterfalls and natural pools, or for visit the most famous places in Abruzzo and Marche: Civitella del Tronto, Campli, Teramo, Atri, L'Aquila, Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, the Gran Sasso National Park, the Maiella National Park. HOUSE RULES: separate waste collection is mandatory as per the instructions given upon arrival, respect the house and hygiene rules when using the swimming pool, at the end of the stay the fridge must be emptied, the gas and the oven must be left clean, the apartment must be freed from garbage bags. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF €150 IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL which will be returned at the end of the stay following verification.
