Lake Front Cottage with Dock! On the Sunny Shuswap

Come experience the beauty of the Shuswap in our 4 bedroom fully equipped lakefront cabin. Our house sleeps 13 in 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. Enjoy a peaceful day on the beach watching the kids play while you sit on the deck, put your toes in the water off our dock while they swim. Or jump in your boat and enjoy a day on the lake. Wake up early to try your luck fishing and bring back dinner and cook it over an open fire (restrictions permitting) The opportunities for fun are endless on the Shuswap The space Our house sits right on the shores of the Shuswap. It comes complete with its own dock for your boat and two bouys. There are 4 bedrooms, the main has a king bed, upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with double bunk beds and a queen sized pull out in the living space. There is a queen sized pull out couch in the office space that has curtains that can be used as a divider for privacy. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed. The basement has a full bathroom, room for kids to play, a double sofa bed, and a TV area which has its own entrance. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we have BBQ as well. There are two outdoor seating areas to take in the views. The house is air conditioned as well as heated if need be. Enjoy wifi and cable TV along with the use of Google Home and Chromecast. The downstairs does has a 6.5 foot high ceiling so keep a mind out for that. There are no water toys included. Sorry, but we are a pet free home. We have a quite time of 10pm for any activities outside. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house with the exception of the boat house and a portion of the basement that is used for storage. Other things to note The last couple of years, the water level on the Shuswap has been quite high in June. It takes away all of the beach we have. Most of the time, we are still able to have the dock out, but you would have to get wet to access it. The water usually goes down quite quickly after it peaks and may require you to pull the dock out to the water which is done easily as the dock has wheels.
