In a green setting 10 min from Lyon. House of 260 m2, large terrace and land with secure swimming pool (barrier). On the ground floor, 50 m2 living/dining room, family kitchen, 1 master suite and an office/TV room. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 game room/guest room, a bathroom and toilet. Laundry room in the basement. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, except the guest bedroom. Access to the highway, and all shops within a 3-minute drive. The space the ground floor + the upper floor allow sleeping for 8 people, with the possibility of adding an additional single bed in one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. For any rental of 10 or 11 people, I also make a 22 m² apartment available. It is integrated into the house, but with an independent entrance on the pool side. This makes: 4 bedrooms upstairs for the children (including 1 non-air-conditioned) + 1 master suite on the ground floor + 1 independent apartment (non-air-conditioned, but cooler than the rest of the house). Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except the garage and part of the basement. Other things to note A person will regularly come by to water the plants and maintain the pool.
