Family villa with pool, 10 minutes from Lyon

In a green setting, 10 min from Lyon. House of 260m2, large terrace and grounds with secure pool (gate). On the ground floor, 50m2 living/dining room, family kitchen, 1 master suite and a TV desk/room. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 game room/guest room, a bathroom and toilet. Laundry room in the basement. All bedrooms are air-conditioned except the guest room. Access to the highway, and all shops are a 3-minute drive away. The space the ground floor + the floor allows sleeping for 8 people, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. For any rental of 10 or 11 people, I also provide a 22m² apartment. It is built into the house but with an independent entrance on the pool side. So what makes: 4 bedrooms upstairs for children (1 not air-conditioned) + 1 master suite on the ground floor + 1 independent apartment (not air-conditioned, but cooler than the rest of the house). Guest access You will have access to the whole house, except the garage and part of the basement. Other things to note A person will come by regularly to water the plants and maintain the pool.
