The Cozy Cottage studio has a private entrance, patio with lounge furniture, and fenced yard. The studio features a queen bed and a sofa sleeper accommodating up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, stove, oven, and sink. There is also private bathroom within the studio. The Cozy Cottage studio located on the beautiful Flying Caballos Ranch just minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo. The studio sits adjacent to our 2-bedroom guesthouse and across the driveway from our 1905 farmhouse. Our Property Manager is available to answer any questions or make local recommendations.
