This cottage is located in South-Ardèche, 20 minutes from the Ardèche River. It is fully air-conditioned. You can enjoy absolute calm with a heated pool, a bowling green and 180° panoramic views of the Alps. The cottage is classified as 4* furnished tourism in the village of Chassiers. It sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Beds are adjustable. Housekeeping, Wi-Fi, Netflix, prepared bedding and towels are included. Pets are allowed. The space The cottage is composed of a large living room/kitchen and two sleeping areas each with bathroom/toilet for a total of 3 bedrooms: - "Barn" sleeping area: 1 large 160 x 200 bed - 'Upstairs' night area/bedroom 1: 1 double bed 180 x 190 or 2 single beds 90 x 190 - 'Upstairs' sleeping area/bedroom 2: 2 single bunk beds 90 x 190 -A single bed 90 x 190 can be added either in the "barn" sleeping area or in bedroom 2 of the "upstairs" sleeping area Parking, a carport and a closed cellar (for storing and loading bicycles for example) are available. A Green Up socket is available for electric vehicle charging** Wi-Fi and Netflix account available Many walking or cycling paths (route proposal) Water activities 20 min away on the Ardèche Guest access The entire property is for the exclusive use of vacationers. We personally welcome our vacationers. Other things to note Swimming pool: The pool is open all season except for the holidays Pool heating is included in the rate from week 21 to week 39. Heating the pool is possible before week 21 and after week 39 with a surcharge: 1 week = €150, 2 weeks = €225 Electric vehicle charger: A reinforced Green Up socket allows an electric or hybrid vehicle to be charged. Kwh consumption will be charged according to the EDF base rate.
