This cottage is located in South-Ardèche, 20 minutes from the Ardèche River. It is fully air-conditioned. You can enjoy absolute calm with a heated pool, a bowling green and 180° panoramic views of the Alps. The cottage is classified as 4* furnished tourism in the village of Chassiers. It sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Beds are adjustable. Housekeeping, Wi-Fi, Netflix, prepared bedding and towels are included. Pets are allowed. The space The cottage is composed of a large living room/kitchen and two sleeping areas with each bathroom/wc for a total of 3 bedrooms: - "Barn sleeping area: 1 king size bed (160 x 200 cm) - 'Upstairs' sleeping area / Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed (180 x 190) or 2 single beds (90 x 190) - 'Upstairs' sleeping area / bedroom 2: 2 90 x 190 cm single bunk beds - A single bed 90 x 190 cm can be added either in the "barn" sleeping area or in bedroom 2 of the "upstairs" sleeping area Parking , a carport, and an enclosed cellar (to store and load bikes for example) are available. A 220V Green Up socket and a Type 2 charger are available for charging an electric vehicle** Wifi and Netflix account available Numerous walking or cycling trails (suggested routes) Water activities 20min away on L'Ardeche Guest access The entire property is for the exclusive use of vacationers. We personally welcome our vacationers. Other things to note Pool: The pool is open all season except holiday Heating the pool is included in the rate from week 21 to week 39. Heating the pool is possible before week 21 and after week 39 with an additional charge: 1 week = €150, 2 weeks = €225 Electric vehicle charger: A reinforced 220V Green Up outlet (see photo) allows an electric or hybrid vehicle to be charged. Electricity consumption (kWh) will be charged according to the EDF base rate.
