This cottage is located in South Ardèche, 20 minutes from the Ardèche River. It is fully air conditioned. You enjoy in absolute calm a heated swimming pool, a boule court and a 180° panoramic view leading to the Alps. The cottage is classified as a 4* furnished tourism in the village of Chassiers. It accommodates 7 persons in 3 bedrooms The beds are modular. Cleaning, wifi, Netflix, prepared bedding and towels are included. Pets are allowed. The space The cottage is composed of a large living room/kitchen and two sleeping areas with each bathroom/wc for a total of 3 bedrooms: - "barn" night area: 1 king size bed - Floor/ Bedroom 1 night space: 1 king size bed or 2 90x190 single beds - Floor sleeping area/ bedroom 2 : bunk beds 90x190 - One single bed 90x190 can be added either in the "barn" night area, or in bedroom 2 of the "floor" sleeping area " Parking , a carport, and an enclosed cellar (for storing and loading bikes, for example) are available. Green Up plug is available for electric vehicle charging ** Wifi and Netflix account available Numerous walking or biking paths (route proposal) Water activities 20 minutes away on the Ardeche Guest access The entire property is for the exclusive use of vacationers. We personally welcome our vacationers. Other things to note Pool: The pool is open all season except for the holidays Heating the pool is included in the rate from week 21 to week 39. Heating the pool is possible before week 21 and after week 39 with an additional charge: 1 week = €150, 2 weeks = €225 Electric vehicle charger: A Green Up plug allows electric or hybrid vehicle to be charged. Kwh consumption will be charged according to EDF base rate.
