We are in a 16 ac. wooded setting that is very private and quiet. You will love sitting outside and watching the birds, squirrels and sometimes deer. We are also fenced in with an electric gate so it’s really safe and secure. We have nice outside furniture where you can sit and meditate or enjoy a meal on the patio table. No neighbors within view makes it feel so homey and secure. There is also a fire pit available if you would like to enjoy it. The space you will be using is the downstairs of our home which is a complete house with a Full Kitchen, bath, living area(den) and bedroom. Very comfortable furniture also. Besides the Queen Size bed in the bedroom, we have a rollaway bed we can bring into in the common area so it is just as good as having a second bedroom in case you are coming with someone that needs a separate bed. Guest up to two is included in the fee, but any over 2 is a charge of $20 per night per person. When you book you must put the entire number of all people attending. We will be on the top level and it is totally separated from the downstairs. It also has a full kitchen, bath, bedroom, den and washer dryer, so we will not be sharing any spaces. Our house is heavily insulated so We never hear anyone downstairs and they say they don’t hear us. It works well both ways. It’s totally private with locked doors. There are no shared spaces. It is totally private. Self check in. Downstairs only. Enter from patio on the back side of the house. Your entrance is in the middle of the house. Driveway goes all way around so park in back close to the door you will enter for easy loading and unloading. No worry about blocking driveway. We will not be using the back driveway while you are here. Please do not park in front of the house or on the side where the garage is. We will be using that part of the driveway. Easy access. No steps or stairs. Door will be unlocked and key and gate opener will be on kitchen table to use when you go in and out of the gate. Please be sure to close gate anytime you leave and when you come back. Deer and other animals will come in if gate is left open. Thank you! Most of the time we will be on the top level but if we are gone you can text/call me anytime. We will give you all the privacy you want. It is very quiet here. The guests we have had say they don’t hear us at all when we are home. We don’t hear them downstairs either so it’s all very nice both ways. Very private and quiet! We love living here because it is just a hop and skip to anywhere we need to go in Lincolnton. Most anything you would need, grocery stores, drug stores, fast food, family owned restaurants even the hospital are only 2-3 miles from our home. AND the bigger towns are not that far away either. CHARLOTTE is around 30-40 mins. HICKORY is about 20-25 mins. and GASTONIA is about 15-20 mins. SHELBY is about 25 mins. Also, it’s very private and quiet since neighbors are not close by and we are fenced in. We have a creek running in the back and acres of wooded property surrounding us. You will love the privacy here!! It’s very convenient to drive where you need to go because we are surrounded with I-321, I-85 and I-40. Charlotte is around 30-40 mins. according to which part of Charlotte you are going to. Gastonia is about 15-20 mins. and Hickory is about 25-30 mins. Interstate surrounding us so just hop on and get there quickly. Lake Norman is a straight shot down 150 or 73 and is about a 25 min. drive. Boone is straight up 321 N. and is about 1 1/2 hr. drive. Asheville is straight up I-40 and is about 1 1/2 hr. drive also. We have several cats outside and we expect everyone to be careful and do no harm to them.
