Kitchenette and full kitchen is available for use, should be sparkling clean after using it. The space In addition to the private suite, you will be able to use a shared larger kitchen, light cooking only. Like oatmeal, sausages, eggs. No heavy cooking. You are a guest and are not allowed to bring any guest or visitor (others who are not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be handled by the police as trespassers. 5. House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act. The main items are: No unpermitted visitors. Maintaining a clean unit and quiet atmosphere. No smoking, vaping, candles, any open fire or storing any flammable material. No guns. No use or storing illegal drugs, or excessive drinking. No partying. No pets. 6. My house has multiple flights of steps/stairs, lacking accessibility, narrow doorway, no elevator and not suitable for guest with mobility impairments. 7. We apply pest control and disinfect as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bedbugs was, and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You, as a guest, must assure that your belongings are not infected. Long term guest (more than 30 days): You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'. 8. As a guest, you cannot use the house address as your primary residence and cannot use the house to obtain driver's license or a vehicle. Ask upon arrival how to receive mail and packages. 9. We do ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. We want everyone to have a great time at the house, always be mindful of our neighbors! 10.
