On the ground floor of the owners' house, the cottage offers an equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room consisting of a dining room and a living room with TV, library and wood stove for long winter evenings with family or friends. Night side: a master bedroom (bed of 160 x 200) with private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a bed of 160 x 200 and a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200). A 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. Separate toilet with sink. Outside: you will enjoy a spacious wooden terrace overlooking the fauna and flora of Lac d'Orient, a private courtyard and garden area, badminton, soccer goal, balls. Enclosed parking. Additional charges: electricity, heating. Sheets, towels, wood and linen (tea towels/tablecloths/towels) are included. Beach with mini golf, pedal boat and inflatable playground 800 meters away.
