Duplex apartment “Elsa” for 6 people in the Dubnitz manor house near Sassnitz Other things to note We would like to welcome you to our bright, romantic and rural apartment "Elsa"!   With about 100 m², it is the largest apartment on the Dubnitz estate. It has a very special charm due to its special layout! As a duplex apartment with an open wooden staircase to the two additional bedrooms on the upper floor, it is really a feast for the eyes. It is (except for the bathroom) - a plank floor that conveys a particularly cozy room climate and living feeling. This is also contributed to by - the numerous visible and partially freestanding ceiling and wall beams!   Especially in sunshine, the apartment is immersed in a warm, cozy light through its many windows! - Also the romantic curtains, in combination with - the loving accessories, provide the special coziness! - On the upper floor, it is lined with a warm cork floor. - There are two additional sleeping areas with a total of four beds (two separate beds and a double bed), so it can be occupied by up to six people. When you enter the apartment, the first bedroom is straight ahead overlooking the large estate garden. It is equipped with white wooden furniture. These include: - a large wardrobe - a spacious dresser - the large comfortable double bed - with matching bedside tables and reading lights - a standing mirror. The wooden window is aligned with the estate garden and the rural curtains match the overall style of the property, which is further underlined by the wooden floorboards.   When you come out of the bedroom, the spacious daylight bathroom is on the left. The following equipment is available:   - a sink with a permanently installed hand soap dispenser - Dispenser for cosmetic wipes - the shower with a permanently installed shower gel shampoo dispenser - the toilet - a wall bracket with hygiene bags, - the tiled floor (bath mats are provided) - a clothes drying rack - ample storage space.    From here, look into the really large and generously designed living and dining area, which includes the fully equipped kitchen. In this room you will find freestanding wooden beams. A special eye-catcher! The view of the open wooden staircase is also something special. The apartment is therefore very bright and friendly. The kitchenette offers you:   - a fridge with freezer, - a stove with a ceramic hob, - a dishwasher, - a range hood, - and an oven. - Toaster, - coffee maker and  - a kettle are of course not to be missed and are part of the equipment. - Many cabinets offer enough space for your food.   The large dining table is not far from here! Sit down at - the beautiful wooden table - with the matching chairs and enjoy. The - roof sloping window lets in a lot of light and makes this place very cozy. To your right you will find in the living area - the beautiful couch with ottoman, - and a large coffee table with many separate compartments.  - Some blankets are available here to put your feet up in the evening and end the day comfortably.  - the comfortable armchairs invite you to linger or read. - The TV is on - a large wooden sideboard and can be viewed from the entire living area. - A glass cabinet also provides enough storage space. Straight ahead you can see through - the large wooden window with the pretty curtains out into the estate garden.    From here you can reach the upper floor via the open wooden staircase, where the other four sleeping options are located.   At the top you will see the two beautiful and separate beds on the right. In between there is another wardrobe.  The warm cork floor is on the entire upper floor and makes it very cozy.  The other bedroom, separated by a wooden door, impresses with its great ceiling construction and the lovingly selected decoration and furnishings. - Exposed roof beams in the pointed roof make this room a small fairy tale room. - On the right is the comfortable double bed - with bedside tables and reading lights. - Straight ahead you will see a small wooden window with cassettes and curtains in a romantic rural style.  - In addition, there is also a sloping roof window. Here you can only feel comfortable and experience relaxed nights in a cozy atmosphere!
