You get 2 properties in 1 listing! The main family home sleeps up to 10 and the additional back guest house sleeps an additional 6 people. It is the perfect place for a large family or multiple groups to stay in the same location! The property is located in a safe quiet neighborhood in the Greens gold course community. The property comes with a pool table, outdoor patio furniture/ grill, home gym, game room, and outdoor play areas. It is close to lake hefner and 2 major highways (74 & I-44). The space Main house is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The main house sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a king bed, queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 rollaway beds, and a pull out couch in the main house. The back house is a loft and an additional bathroom. The back house also has a game room in the garage side. The back house has a queen bed in the upstairs loft (stairs are steep), a futon, and a pull out couch in the garage side. The back house does not have central heat and air. It has portable air conditioners with heaters in both the house and garage sides. Guest access The entire property Other things to note We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET $35. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges. The back house does not have central heating and air.
