Blackfoot Chalet is a luxury home located in Meyers area of South Lake Tahoe. There are three gas fireplaces. There are three designed bathrooms in the home. There is a 7-person hot tub, Streaming-TV, Wireless High-Speed Internet, and much more. There's laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The gourmet kitchen offers fine cabinetry and granite with complete cooking utensils. Please note, there will be an additional 14% transient tax added to your nightly rent. The space Blackfoot Chalet has a perfect natural surroundings of forest and mountain views, soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, a warm and inviting great room with beautifully appointed furnishings. During winter months, children can create their own private sled and play areas. Walking distance to Tesla’s charging station. Guest access Guests are able to access all the entire 3,000 sq. ft. of living space except for locked owner's closet. Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: - This home has Maximum Occupancy of 12 individuals. The number of occupants shall not exceed two persons per bedroom. Two additional rollaway twin beds are provided which can be easily rolled up and stored when not in use. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits except children five years of age or younger. This applies 24/7. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 5, with 3 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - No bachelor/Bachelorette parties.
