Welcome to our lakefront retreat! A roomy 2400 square foot, 4 bedroom/2 bath home overlooking beautiful Lake Missaukee, in Lake City, MI. Take a closer look and you will find this location to be one you will want to come back to year after year! Quaint small up North four season town. Minimum 7 night stay for the months of June - August The space This is a perfect set up for a large family, group, or couples wanting to getaway and enjoy time together. Our home will sleep 9-11 comfortably. Our open kitchen, dining & living area on the main floor features a gas log fireplace, the patio doors open to a large deck where you will take in the Lake Missaukee sunset or watch the activity on the beach. AC, equipped with Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart TV. Tasteful accents & decorations will compliment the furnishings, and meticulous housekeeping will make you feel right at home. Our kitchen features oak cabinets-fully equipped with quality pots, pans, utensils & dishes. It includes a full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. The counter-top bar will seat 4 and the dining table will seat 8-10. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a beautiful lake view from the private second floor deck, also equipped with a HD flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin and queen size bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have lake views. All bedding and bath linens provided. Step out into the manicured lawn that leads to the beautiful sandy beach front. Chaise loungers, lawn chairs, patio set, and a propane BBQ grill are provided for your convenience. Lake City is a quaint town offering a new grocery store, several dine-in restaurants, coffee shop, tennis courts, library, farm market and home of the Largest Cone in the North (Tasty Treat). Only 15 minutes from Cadillac, offering additional shopping and amenities. SUMMER ACTIVITIES: -The lake is shallow near the shore with a sandy bottom for swimming and water sports - Beach games including corn hole, bocce ball, spike ball, and ladder golf available for guest use - Campfire pit, firewood available for guest use - If you enjoy fishing, you have come to the right lake!
