A cozy 2-bedroom guest cottage convenient to downtown Spruce Pine. Super close to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, shops, galleries, a park, and local events. A grocery store and gas station is nearby. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Penland School of Craft, lots of hiking. Only about 35-40 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Beech and Appalachian are other ski areas, but they are a bit further away. Linville Gorge, Grandfather Mountain, and Mt Mitchell are easily day hikes. The space Two bedroom cottage with a king bed and two twin beds. Perfect for a family getaway! The cottage is on the same property as the main home, but it is a detached building with a tenant below you. There is a private entrance and separate driveway. Self Check-In with a keypad entry. High speed internet that averages about 200mbps Other things to note This property is pet friendly! If you plan to bring a pet, please coordinate with the owner after you book.
