The bedrooms are a generous size, and we think the space is very well suited for families with children. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. The Desert Park Estates section of Palm Springs is a bit further from Downtown, so it is more quiet and family oriented. It is an up and coming community, and the perfect spot central to all the Coachella Valley has to offer. Access from the freeway is also faster than in South Palm Springs, and be sure to check out Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley if you want to explore the high desert! Getting Around: Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car. If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
