"Whitty Fox" is a large, updated home away from home, perfectly suited for a group golf trip or family get away. This beautifully appointed home, set in a peaceful part of Pinehurst, is just 1.3 miles from Pinehurst Village, and has both fine dining and a breakfast/ lunch restaurant close by. 8 people can have their own beds in this home that can sleep upto 14, and each of the 4 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. + 2 twin beds in a bonus room. it’s perfect for reunions, & multi-family stays. The space Please only park in the driveway - (between the main driveway and the circle in front of the house there should be plenty of room). Pinehurst has strict no street parking in residential neighborhoods. 35 Red fox has plenty of driveway space, so this should not be an issue. PINEHURST has strict noise ordinances for loud parties/ gatherings/ or any noise in general after 10 pm. Please be mindful of the quiet neighborhood you are in. Pool towels can be found on the shelf above the washer/ dryer in the room with the foosball table. You are responsible for your guests and children and their safety in and around the pool. POOL RULES: No glass or bottles in the pool area Having broken glass in/ around the pool may result in an extra cleaning fee and damages to the pool.- if you take the vacuum out when you swim - put it back in when you are done. *** THE POOL IS NOT HEATED, it is left uncovered and cleaned all year long.*** NO Smoking or vaping in the house or on the front steps or back patio. Please discard any cigarette buts property and do not leave on the lawn/ driveway or around the pool area. Bedroom layout Down Stairs front bedroom - King bed with en suite bathroom (shower) Downstairs back bedroom - King bed with en suite bathroom (shower) Upstairs - Middle bedroom - 2 queen beds - en suite bathroom Upstairs End bedroom - 2 queen beds - en suite bathroom Extra bonus - 2 twin beds - needs to share a bathroom with one of the other rooms Downstairs there is one half bath. Guest access You will be e mailed a code 24 hours prior to check in. Other things to note Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom EXCEPT the bonus room - anyone using this room would need to share with guests in the other bedrooms for use of a full bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs.
