Guest access Do your laundry at the laundry room once a week. Laundry services are not provided for stays shorter than 5 days. Body soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are only provided for short-term guests. Prepare your own personal items for stays longer than 30 days. During your stay A warm welcome to our new guests. Please contact us asap if you encounter any problems. Other things to note There's a CCTV outside the house facing the main entrance and street. There are surveillance cameras in the living room, near the entrance. Newly registered Airbnb guests. We don't accept long-term reservations. We only allow a maximum 7 day stay. If you run into any issues, please contact us directly. We will make sure your room is very clean at check-in. You need to ensure that you don't damage our furniture. If you like our home after staying for a week, you may proceed to book a long-term reservation through Airbnb. The cleaning fee is only for the initial cleaning when a guest first checks in. We clean all areas of the room for you, please check when you arrive. If you are not satisfied, you can choose to check out.We will refund all fees. If you choose to stay, it means you have accepted the cleaning we did. Please take care of cleanliness of the room.Please clean the toilet, kitchen and other common areas such as the living room after use so that the next guest may use it. Please let us know immediately if you discover guests that are not cleaning up. We will talk with the guests. Our house is a 1960 house We don't have a renovation You may see some darkened floors but not dirty and paint off the wooden window frames Please do not book our house if you are very mindful of needing a brand new room.We are proud of our own efforts, and hope to provide you with the warmth of a home. Note: We do not accept guests who smoke marijuana, or are alcoholics. If you happen to have these hobbies, please do not book our room.
