Spacious State College home in the Brynwood neighborhood-Just 8 miles from Beaver Stadium! Conveniently located 2 miles from 322 so you can quickly get to PSU events & downtown. Close to Wegmans, Target & many restaurants. Close to walking/running paths, 3 playgrounds within 3 miles, nature paths for running & biking. Large deck with grill. Living room open to kitchen. Wifi & large screen TV in living room. Available Friday and/or Saturday for PSU games & events. Check-in time can be adjusted. The space Master Bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom; the 3 other bedrooms have full sized beds and share a full bath upstairs. Additional full air mattress can be set up as well. House sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Check-in time is listed as 4:00, but can be adjusted as needed. Guest access Internet and cable TV available. Guests may enjoy using the gas fireplace or air conditioning, as desired. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and various appliances. Guests may also use all pots/pans, plates/bowls, serving dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items. Fresh linens for beds and towels provided for guests. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and iron available for use by guests. Other things to note Security deposit and cleaning fee required. This is a NON-SMOKING house. The owner does have cats, which will be locked in the basement during the stay.
