Not fancy but very comfortable and clean. Walk down steps to waterfront. Lake is very ,very clean On paved cul de sac with little traffic making it nice and quiet. Small pets allowed as long as kept on leash / tied when outside and cleaned up after. Public boat launch across lake . Great fishing / swimming
