Its comfortable, quaint, and private. The grounds are like your own private park! The two patios and decks are a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The space This family property is close to Derby yet extremely private. Over 500 trees surround the main house and pond. Abundant wildlife is safe here including wild turkey, deer and so much more. Located on a newly paved road but 1/4 mile tucked away. Guest access Farmhouse and all 10 acres. Other things to note We prefer children over 5 and they should know how to swim.
