Beautiful, cozy and full equipped apartment in the well-known urbanization Gran Calahonda, Mijas Costa. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfect for a family with 2 children, a few meters walk from the beach. Great community facilities, 24 hour security, outside security cameras. The complex includes 3 swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and beautiful tropical gardens. In addition, the apartment is located 200 meters from the Carrefour supermarket, and many restaurants and bars. The space The kitchen is fully equipped next to the living room with a sofa, 65-inch 4K Smart TV, international channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime with Chromecast, a desktop PC and a good Sound Speakers ALSO available Amazon Alexa. The first bedroom has a double bed, with a large wardrobe, TV including Chromecast and PC + keyboard. The second bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space, Smart TV with Chromecast + PC keyboard included, very comfortable box spring bed. The apartment has 2 completely renovated bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The terrace is surrounded by glass curtains that can be fully opened in summer or fully closed in winter, meaning you can enjoy sitting on the terrace at any time of the year, on the outside sofa next to a large table for 8 diners. The terrace includes a projector where you can enjoy watching TV or a movie in high definition along with Dolby Surround speakers. We have a barbecue area + professional restaurant extractor where you can prepare a delicious Argentine barbecue. The apartment has fiber optic WiFi and a 65¨ 4K Smart TV with channels available in several languages, Netflix, Amazon Prime included. The use of the barbecue will have an additional cost of €35 for cleaning. We are very demanding with the cleanliness of the barbecue area and of course the apartment.
