Our property is located in the center of town and is 10 min walk to beautiful local beaches. It has all the comforts, a gourmet kitchen, and is very spacious sleeping 6 comfortably. There's a fenced outdoor space with sitting area. A bowling center, movie theater, local brewery (Alibi), and nice grocery store are just down the street. Diamond Peak ski resort is here in town. Mt. Rose and North Star ski resorts are also fairly close. Minutes away from the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the center of Incline Village. Our condo is part of a small community of three houses with 4 units each, and ours is downstairs. Our unit has a spacious living room and kitchen where the morning sun comes in. There are wood floors, new flat smart TV and high-speed wifi. The kitchen is well equiped for those who enjoy cooking. It has two bedrooms, one set up for children with a bunk bed and queen futon, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed firm mattress. Two bath rooms with shower and one tub. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Towels and linens are provided. This is our second home that we share when we're not using it.
