The Apartment N. 1 is on the ground floor of the lower building and has a large outdoor area, equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and a private beach. The apartment is brand new, has an area of about 70 square meters, and consists of: - large living area with kitchenette; - bedroom with double bed; - second bedroom with two single beds; - 2 bathrooms with shower box. Thanks to an air mattress, which inflates and deflates by itself and which can be placed on the living area, it can sleep 5 people. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, as well as TV, WIFI and air conditioning system (one split for each room). There is also a parking spot in the underground garage and a beach spot at Arenile dei Pioppi, with a beach umbrella and two sunbeds. This apartment includes: - energy and water consumption; - final cleaning; - use of the swimming pool; - beach service (one umbrella and two sun loungers); - parking for one car.
